I would highly recommend to anyone with injuries or any restriction in movement to go to Mark. I had tried other physio with back issues with little success but visiting Mark changed that.

Met Mark before the start of the season as I’d been having massive issues with my Calf. Mark was able to ID the problem quickly and work on it to ensure I could be consistent during pre-season. Provided me with a lot of advice on how work on the issues throughout pre season to ensure I was able to get fully fit. 100% recommend to anyone.
