Met Mark before the start of the season as I’d been having massive issues with my Calf. Mark was able to ID the problem quickly and work on it to ensure I could be consistent during pre-season. Provided me with a lot of advice on how work on the issues throughout pre season to ensure I was able to get fully fit. 100% recommend to anyone.

Very professional couldn't fault Mark at all. Horrible shoulder pain for over a month and saw 2 physio s before and was told I probably need an MRI. I knew I didn't and Mark asked a series of questions and and did a few resistance tests before working on it and was able to pinpoint the origin of the injury and was able to start working on it and has been a great result. Highly recommend him for any physio or injury recovery.
